Order Sufficient material: Stone is a natural products, the color variation is expected, CSi can not guarantee same lot beyond intial order. Every shipment could not from different blocks or different qurries, please order enough. It is expected that natural stone will have some breakage in transportation, installation, and packing /unpacking process. Order right material: CSI staff may make recommendations for stone products based our best knowledge, however, CSI is not responsible for final decision on selection of the recommended materials, dimentions, quantity, installation and maintenance. Order early: Natural stone supplying chain is often affected by flooding, freezing weather, slow ocean shipping, national vacations, quarry conditions, and block yields, etc. The delivery of date or time is an approximate estimation, 30-60 days addition lead time is recommended. Order high quality materials: Natural stone quality is not well defined quantitatively. CSI offers first quality unless it is stated as Classic selection. Low cost natural stone could be very costly to your business. Please understand the stone quality definition of each vendor and then compare your price quote. Color Matching: Please fax your color matching requirement. It is not possible to completely meet the requirement all the time, however , we certainly do it better than our competitors.
