Pickup We would like to remind everyone that we operate on an appointment basis. Customer must make an appointment to view slabs. This enables us to be prepared and available to show and assist your customers in an efficient manner. Please encourage your customers to call us in advance to make their appointments. We are happy to help them and to assist them in their selection process.

Slab Delivery Due to the high volume of deliveries made everyday by our trucks, we would like to remind everyone of our delivery policy. Please make every effort to plan ahead so that we are able to maintain our timely delivery. Because our delivery policy is "tailgate drop", it is important that our drivers are met at the time of delivery. Frequently, our drivers arrive to find no one to accept their deliveries or to assist them in unloading. We require that someone be available to receive, assist and sign for materials in good condition. We are not responsible for any marks or scratch, or damages of the slabs after this sign.

Q: How can I get the samples of your products? Back

Answer: Sample Service We will provide 4"x4" or 6"x6" samples of current stock upon request. These samples will be sent via UPS ground at no charge. Also, other sized samples are available upon request at the normal charge. Customer will request free samples for one pc/set. 12"x12" sample set may be charged excluding one small piece of re-sample items. For any next day air or other service shipping cost will be C.O.D. at consignee's expense.

Q: Can I return the products purchased by Color Stone?

Answer: If customer received the products with problem of transportation or products quality, please call our service person or sales representative.

All returns must be pre-authorized by Color Stone International, Inc.
